Explore coaching options designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity.
Leadership Excellence
Support for leaders and managers who are navigating pressure, people dynamics, and decisions with real consequences. This often includes tough conversations, accountability, communication, boundaries, and leading through change without burning out.
Personal Development
Practical coaching for capable people who feel maxed out, stuck, or trapped in overthinking loops. This can include confidence, self-trust, steadiness under stress, boundaries, and rebuilding momentum without forcing a fake “new you.”

How It Works

Start With a Free 30-Min. Consultation
Book a free 30-minute call so we can talk through what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and what you want to be different.
This is a no-obligation opportunity to figure out whether coaching is the right next step for you.
Choose Your Coaching Package
If we decide it’s a fit, you’ll choose a coaching package (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
Some people want a short burst of clarity and momentum; others want steady support through a longer stretch of leadership, career, or life change. We’ll pick what makes sense based on your goals.
Support Between Sessions
You’ll schedule your sessions at the pace that’s right for you. Sometimes that’s weekly, and sometimes it flexes depending on what’s happening in your world.
Between sessions, you’ll also have support available so you’re not left alone the moment a situation pops up.
My Story
I spent decades inside mission-critical systems: leading cybersecurity efforts at USDA for over 114,000 end users, mentoring teams, and carrying responsibility that didn’t turn off at 5 p.m.

Over those 20 years, I noticed something: my favorite work wasn’t just locking down systems—it was growing people.
Helping staff prepare for new roles.
Coaching managers through complex decisions.
Supporting teams in high-stress environments where one bad call could ripple across thousands of lives.

When I retired from government service, I didn’t retire from that part of myself. So I trained formally as a certified coach and started my own coaching practice.

Today, I help people who live in that same space of responsibility: leaders, managers, and professionals who want to move faster and more clearly, without sacrificing integrity or burning out.

My work is about turning swirling thoughts into focused action. It’s about giving smart, capable people the support they rarely ask for, but deeply benefit from.

My Approach
